About the role

Maintain the Centre’s buildings, plant, equipment and grounds, reporting to the Centre Manager (The Fred Hollows Foundation PNG Inc., 2026).

Responsibilities

  • Inspect facilities, respond to faults and coordinate repairs and contractors.

  • Maintain service records and organise preventive maintenance for essential systems.

Requirements

Recognised electrical or building-services trade qualification, or equivalent; three years’ post-trade maintenance experience; fault-finding and contractor coordination. Relevant PNG licences must be current or obtained before regulated work. Electrical licensing eligibility is particularly desirable. Basic Microsoft skills are expected.
