Meet the Team
Locally Connected. Personally Invested. Professionally Driven.
The PNG Careers team is made up of proud Papua New Guineans and long-time allies who share a deep commitment to empowering our people through meaningful employment and career development. Our roots run deep—from the shores of Tatana Village to communities across the Highlands, Islands, and Momase regions.
We are career coaches, digital innovators, cultural advocates, and community builders. What brings us together is a shared purpose: to create real change for job seekers and employers across our beautiful country.
Our team understands the challenges and strengths that define the PNG workforce. We’ve experienced the same barriers—limited internet access, lack of career support, and the need to navigate both traditional values and modern workplaces. That’s why we’ve built PNG Careers with cultural respect, local knowledge, and practical tools that work.
This isn’t just business for us—it’s personal. It’s about uplifting wantoks, honouring our ancestors, and paving the way for the next generation.
