About the role
Support workplace safety across operational sites, reporting to the Sustainability Manager (New Britain Palm Oil Ltd, 2026).
Responsibilities
Implement safety procedures, investigate incidents and assess hazards.
Deliver training, monitor performance and coordinate audits and emergency drills.
Connect safety improvements with environmental and sustainability priorities.
Requirements
Relevant OHS degree or diploma, Certificate IV in OHS or equivalent, and experience implementing safety procedures in agricultural, manufacturing or industrial settings. Microsoft Office, communication and organisational skills and a valid PNG driver’s licence are required.
