About the role

Manage project costs and contracts from early planning through construction and handover (Glory Estate Limited, 2026).

Responsibilities

Develop estimates, review quantities, assess tenders and negotiate commercial terms.
Monitor budgets, inspect completed work and assess progress claims and variations.
Finalise accounts, contractual deductions and handover documentation.

Requirements

Degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering or construction management; 5–10 years in cost control and contract administration; construction measurement software skills; and strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder communication. Travel between project offices and construction sites may be required.
