About the role

Maintain generator reliability as part of the farm workshop team (Zenag Chicken, 2026).

Responsibilities

  • Inspect generators, diagnose faults and complete preventive and corrective repairs.

  • Interpret control-panel errors and maintain safe working practices.

Requirements

Recognised mechanical or electrical trade/tertiary qualification and eight years of relevant experience. Practical capability with Cummins, Perkins and Deutz engines, four-cylinder to V12 equipment, diagrams, DSE controls and electronic diagnostic tools is required. Flexible hours and effective reporting are expected.
