About the role
Lead development priorities for PNG–Australia Strongim Wok Long TVET. The fixed term extends to November 2029 (Palladium PNG Ltd, 2026).
Responsibilities
Oversee grants, communications, inclusion and monitoring, evaluation and learning.
Manage budgets, partnerships, risk and program planning.
Deputise for the Program Director and support locally led delivery.
Requirements
Significant development-program leadership, preferably involving DFAT; grants, procurement and financial management; MEL systems; GEDSI, climate and safeguarding strategies; and diplomatic, cross-cultural engagement. PNG higher education knowledge is advantageous.
