About the role
Lead institutional and industry engagement for PNG–Australia Strongim Wok Long TVET. The contract runs to November 2029 (Palladium PNG Ltd, 2026).
Responsibilities
Coordinate higher education partnerships, grants, infrastructure support and institutional capability.
Supervise multidisciplinary teams and manage delivery, budgets and reporting.
Embed locally led development, inclusion and safeguarding.
Requirements
Senior experience in institutional strengthening, higher education or industry-linked skills development; complex program delivery; team leadership; government engagement; and budget/grants oversight.
