Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company transactions.
Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with appropriate documentation.
Provide reconciliation reports for management and support internal/external audits.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare GST, FBT, Payroll, and Company Income Tax returns.
Assist with accruals, journal entries, fixed asset registers, and depreciation schedules.
Monitor and improve reconciliation processes for efficiency and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification (CA or CPAPNG) is essential.
3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Previous experience in a Chartered Accounting firm is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial systems – preferably Pronto or similar ERP software.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible to work on Saturdays and public holidays if required.
Police Clearance is a mandatory requirement.
