Role Type

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company transactions.

  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with appropriate documentation.

  • Provide reconciliation reports for management and support internal/external audits.

  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Prepare GST, FBT, Payroll, and Company Income Tax returns.

  • Assist with accruals, journal entries, fixed asset registers, and depreciation schedules.

  • Monitor and improve reconciliation processes for efficiency and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Professional qualification (CA or CPAPNG) is essential.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

  • Previous experience in a Chartered Accounting firm is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of financial systems – preferably Pronto or similar ERP software.

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Flexible to work on Saturdays and public holidays if required.

  • Police Clearance is a mandatory requirement.
